Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping rates apply.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at  elizabethbellboutique@outlook.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Holiday Delays Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
